Cramond, Inchmickery, Inchcolm

Cycle ride first thing; back to longs. A strong gusty West wind, after overnight rain. To Silverknowes beach; tide well out. Back with a following wind along the sea front. Note for the future; The Pit had a coffee stall open before 09.00 am. 

Afternoon walk by a loop on the railway paths to Victoria Park. Jackets required; there was a heavy shower while we were out, and more squally showers later.
