Almost home

The flight was all on time and we had nice seats.  We settled in had some dinner and to get some sleep.  I woke up after a while, now on 25th and captured the sunrise against the slide of the plane. 
 
We were in LHR ahead of time and collected our bags and went off to get the car.  The drive home was uneventful and we were in time to go and collect the cats.
 
Claude had been off his food for the last few days, we thought getting him home might improve things.  We fussed over him for most of the day and in the early evening decided we should take him to the emergency vet.  It was a bit of a drive but he was good, however the vet criticised us for giving Claude a raw diet (he has been on it for years as it has helped with him tummy issues) and blamed the raw food for him being ill.  She did give him an anti-sickness injection and said he did not have a high temperature.  They did suggest other treatment which would have meant leaving him with them, they were rather horrible and we did not want to do that so took him home.  The cost of the vet visit was eye watering!  
 
At home, there was no real improvement but he seemed calm enough and was drinking water.  We all had an early night.
