We like a walk into town in a Friday and there was an ArtontheTay exhibition on run by the local art shop on George Street. First we headed to BauBau for a coffee (where I took this pic of Lucca.

Wandered round to the horse cross area where the exhibition was and really enjoyed seeing the varied art work by clever people.

There were two dogs at the entrance that looked real but were made of paper mache. So realistic (extra). You can see Lucca wondering if it’s real!

It was another good day weather wise . Was supposed to have a physio appointment with Lisa but it was moved to next week as she went home poorly.

I want to talk about my knees as with the hyper mobility I dont want to be over extending and check that the pain I have is something I am doing exercise wise at the class. I also need to do more specific knee exercises so will chat about that as I have pain on certain steepness going downhill. Old age doesn’t come itself!!
