The Old Window

Just after midday, we had a short walk from home to medieval Flanesford Priory (1346 AD) in Goodrich (Herefordshire, UK) with our friends to enjoy a coffee whilst they also had a bite to eat. The Hen & Dot Cafe  is only open on weekends through the summer, and offers home made food. I'm informed they have done outside catering for Royalty.

Just as we entered I spotted the Old Shop window dressed for the 80th VE Day Celebration in a picnic theme. One of only two digital photo's taken today!

We sat outside and on the walk home there was a rain shower. After drying off we drove to visit granddaughter Amelia as were away for about three weeks and a present exchange was done!
