Buzzard Watch - the Arrival

Yes, the chick is there.  So far, only one seen. Not sure if there are others, but probably not.  Regular watchers may remember that last year, the younger sibling was the older sibling’s dinner.  Only one saw the year out (but had to be chased away this year by mum and dad for being too “clingy”).
Anyway, one is here.  Mum (or Dad) is always in the nest to keep an eye on it.  A Jay tried to get close but was “persuaded” to look elsewhere.  Mrs SoL (aka FrenchToast) took a pic with her iPhone, giving an idea of how far away the nest is.
