MORNING CALL

I paid a quick visit to the swan family in the park this morning. The cygnets - still six of them - are rapidly growing. There were plenty of young coots of varying ages but I only saw new ducklings which I fear means that the ones I blipped two weeks ago and last week may not be around any more.

I spent this afternoon updating software and making sure that my creaky old laptop will have everything it needs on it to get us through the holiday we'll be heading for at the weekend. More admin to catch up on tomorrow.
