Catholic Church in Galway

We flew from Oslo to Dublin today, which sounded like a relatively easy day. Travelling, though, is never really easy. It took forever to get the rental car and then adjusting to driving on the left in a downpour with gale force winds just made the trip that much slower. We didn’t arrive in Galway until after 4. It was raining hard, but we got out and did the “long walk” along the river to the ocean and then strolled the Main Street, the Quay. We found a lively pub for dinner and then headed back to our inn for an early bedtime!
