White

It’s all white in my garden today.
Found a cheeky lupin after three years of greenfly so fingers crossed it survives. First year of my white peony, three big buds but hoping the rain doesn’t get them. Alliums are out, and the white Montana has gone crazy.
Meanwhile in Porty laid new weed suppressant so it’s all ready for the three tonnes of gravel arriving on Friday.
After that all gardening headed to The Winton Arms for delicious lunch. Same vibe as The Sun Inn of old. Garlic and mushroom soup with a steak ciabatta and Welsh rarebit sandwich shared. Yum!
Wee walk along the Tyne.
No Kingfishers spotted so consoled myself with a flapjack at the Loft. Lovely spot

Back to cut back all the overgrown cornus at the back of the garden. Love the light nights when you can garden til 9pm :))
