This is Donald before an examination for an ulcer. Yes, that's what he has and so now he has to take yet more medication but hopefully it will help take care of it, we don't want it bursting! 
The extra pills he took today for the nausea made him very dopey and tottery and I was worried that he might fall so I had to make sure he was well tucked up in bed before I left. him
