Pick up a pencil...

Rebekah-May Reynolds is a primary school teacher and it was her pupils who encouraged her to start showing her art. They love her pencil drawings.

Now she has her own website, and she is exhibiting some of her graphite drawings of animals with  Clackmannanshire Open Studios.

When I first saw her work, I thought they were photographs, such is her eye for detail and talent for capturing the essence of the animal. Her pencil portraits of people are even more impressive.
