High tide

All change again today! Took Flo for a quick walk this morning then got packed and tidied around and had to leave to get my stuff home then back to church for a walk with the Memory Cafe family! We walked across to the Hoe and went to the Waterfront for coffee or tea and cake. I still had the car so could take my friend, Jean, home as she was struggling after climbing all the steps back to the Hoe!

I took the car back and saw Julia and Dave. Fortunately Julia’s dad is still hanging on so she will hopefully see him tomorrow and they will see the carers on Wednesday! The wedding was a real joy by the sound of things as they always should be! Lots of music and dancing after the vows and food! A fabulous looking cake!

When I got back I went to Lidl for some apricots which I have every morning with muesli and then walked along to the front! There was quite a strong breeze blowing and the tide was high so there were spouts of water being flung up, very calming! Home for one night then taxi back to Tasha till next Monday!
