Eastbourne

After breakfast, we drove to Eastbourne and spent time on the seafront and ate in town. The weather was mixed. Sunny but with a chilly wind, but you could escape that by going a little inland. Amber enjoyed the beach and a brief visit to the shops, and we had a good lunch at Bill’s.
I managed to find some grey trousers for bowling in a charity shop, which was pleasing. Also bought a hat.
J&L went on to Brighton from the visit to Eastbourne but M&S came home and hung out here until it was time for them to leave in their new car, taking Fifi and Bao Bun with them.
