Cheese, Sage and Onion Bread Mix

Made using one of my favourite bread mixes from Wrights Baking. The basic mix is Cheddar Cheese and Onion, which can be modified in all sorts of ways. Today I added some chopped sage (doing very well in the garden at the moment) and a pinch of mustard powder. Looking forward to trying a slice at lunchtime.
