Hornet nest

Yesterday I discovered this nest along the walking path by the lake when some kids were poking at the nest yesterday, the hornets were swarming the tree so I stayed away from it. I took a couple of shots yesterday and decided to come back today and they have worked really hard to rebuild the nest. I will keep an eye on it for the next few days to see how big it gets.
