The writing is on the wall

Had a good nights sleep and as rain was forecast we went down to Old Hunstanton beach. This was our beach of choice with the children and just about the closest but we haven’t been for probably 25 years and it hasn’t changed very much. The cliffs  are very distinctive with two colours see the extra 
We didn’t walk very far as it was quite windy and cool, we called at the supermarket on the way back for some milk 
After lunch we went to a specialist Acer nursery around 30 miles away and what a variety they had some quite big and very expensive. We found two smaller ones to replace the ones we gave to Deb 
I expect we will have a quiet evening
Cloudy but dry this morning but rain heavy at times all afternoon
