Sablés

These are nice and easy biscuits to make! I made this batch with youngest granddaughter! She just wanted ducks! They are delicious!   (About 15 mins in oven, but maybe more if thicker)

Then she took the half watermelon from the fridge and turned out her version of watermelon balls! Considering I don’t have a special scoop thingy she did well but produced remarkably few! Hope they don’t affect her tummy! 

Loved the socks of eldest!  Never two the same! 

We had lunch at the Toby! Children £1 but by the time they have drinks and afters….
We did enjoy it! 

It’s rained all day.  Hope I can entice Ro out for a walk later! Even in the rain! It’s not pelting!
