Enjoying the sunshine

I filled up the birdfeeders and by the time I was back in the kitchen the birds had arrived and with only four perches there was a fair amount of fighting for a place.

Goldfinches, Sparrows, Greenfinch, Male Bullfinch, Chaffinch and a couple of Tits all arrived within a few minutes. Most just grab and go but the Goldfinches and Bullfinches stake their claim to a perch and eat their fill.

A much better day with sunshine making a welcome return after the dismal weather yesterday.
