Cast on 260 stitches ...

Having completed my embroidery piece I can now get to work on some knitting projects. First up is a gorgeous design by Jackie Rose. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/soho-square.  The wrap is huge, hence the cast on 260 stitches. But a lovely lady who runs a fabric and yarn shop in Edinburgh @GingerTwistStudios knitted one using yarn she has in her shop. The yarn is a British Mashem and Blue Faced Leicester mix and is called Mashem Mayhem 4ply. The colourways from left to right in the picture are Muddy Sunshine, Mr Thomson, Design of the Decade and Factory Girls. Basically like green, Teal blue, bright raspberry pink and mossy, khaki green. All garter stitch with contrasting colour stripes.
