Swim spot

James band fans may recognise this beach.

We had a lovely swim here this morning but I was glad one of the locals had warned me about the currents.
Afterwards we paddled at la grande plage with the huge surfing waves and very strong currents, hence just paddling.
Rest of the day was spent watching waves from the prom and a rather lovely bar.
