Magnificent Machu Picchu

Our day started early at 7 with a drive to the town of Ollantaytambo where we then caught a train to the town of Agua Caliente (the jumping off spot to see Machu Picchu) where we caught a bus up a winding road to the top where Machu Picchu is. We met our guide there and learned we had a type 2 entrance which gives you the most access to the grounds. We toured the entire grounds over the next few hours and learned a lot about this ancient village. It was a remarkable experience.
