Lake View

Thought I'd better get a view of the Lake from our house while it's full, as it's rapidly going down now. The swing Mike renovated for the grandkids in foreground. In extra, same view from our outdoor table as we ate supper, at about nine o'clock, glowing in the last of the light.

To Évora this morning to get exciting things like paint and automotive glue for Mike to make the roof for the caravan, and knobs for the cupboards we painted a while ago. The disadvantage of living here - having to drive an hour if we need anything slightly out of the ordinary. 

Gratefuls:
- our son fitting a top quality shutter in the bathroom of our house in England - will be cosier and more private now; a fantastic gift from his boss, thanks, Andy! and Paul! you can see them on his Blip
- the Brazilian guy at the place we eat lunch in Évora greeting us like old friends, plus the beans, rice and farofa were excellent
- creating more order in the garden
