grey

A grey day.  The sky was grey, the building was grey and the room, likewise.

Anniemay's eye clinic has been moved from the hospital, to a grey building in the city centre.  The waiting room was small - too small for the number of people waiting.

Instead of the usual 20 minutes, her appointment took almost 2 hours. And did I mention the building was cold?  It was cold.

To sum up - unfriendly and unwelcoming. Unlike the staff who were great.
