Welney

This is a backblip from our few days away last week. J & I & LnR spent the week in a property adjacent to WWT Welney wetlands reserve in Norfolk.
This is Wigeon House, it’s quite dated & basic but clean & warm which is all that matters.
Good journey down with a lunch stop at McDonalds (wouldn’t have been my choice).
L&I went on a recce soon after we arrived & met the lovely staff at the reserve & arranged to go in early tomorrow morning.
