Rosebud

This lovely little rosebud is probably a Betty Pryor according to my mother.

Grateful thanks to all of you who have been sending prayers and positive thoughts and best wishes for Mom's health. Nothing very conclusive at the doctor's appointment. The weakness in her right side is due as she put it, to "Mr. Shingles" -- and will eventually go away.

She has gained a little over a pound so 2+ lbs altogether -- a bit of good progress.

The pain is bad but it isn't all the time. We've discovered that a hot-cold pack warmed in the microwave makes a huge difference and helped her get a good night's sleep.
