I got an e-mail. "Your package will arrive at 12:30. I looked at the clock, it was 12:30. The doorbell rang. Happy new computer!

What a faff getting it set up. I got fed up waiting for all the downloads and went out with a pal and the dogs for a walk. New operating system, an uphill learning curve. Going to be days before I get it the way I want. The software updates so far are all working but there does seem to be an awful lot of data harvesting.
