Went to St John's in the Vale this morning.  I was expecting to see a shower or two but after a cloudy start the sun made an appearance.  Tess really enjoyed her walk and in my blip she was fascinated by some sheep.  Earlier we were watching them being moved from one field to another.  Not a sheep dog in sight.  A farm vehicle was moving them with lots of tooting of the horn!    Back home and after a cuppa spent a couple of hours in the garden cutting back the usual brambles and other stuff etc. also pulling up lots and lots of that sticky stuff which we used to call sticky sweethearts!  Managed to nearly fill one of the green bins.  Rain all day tomorrow I think.  Another in extras.
