THE SUN

Walked down to the Health Centre in the village this morning as I had an appointment with the nurse.  She changed the dressing on my leg ulcer and checked to see how it was doing.  It seems to be getting smaller.  But its been very painful for the last week or so.... nerve pain as well as pain from the actual ulcer. I just need to keep wearing the support stocking and change the dressing myself if needed.  I have another appointment  in a fortnight.

Next I went to the village shops to do some food shopping. Had a nice chat with the chap in the greengrocers about Newcastle United.

Walked home past The Glebe recreation field where I got my blip shot.  The Wide Wednesday theme is " Sun or Moon".   I took a lot of shots but the sun kept disappearing behind the clouds so this one is the best of the bunch.  Thanks to BobsBlips  for hosting.

Did a few chores when I got home and caught up with some TV viewing.
