The big man looking lovingly at his pint. A really enjoyable couple of hours this evening with him and Glen. And I stayed on the alcohol free beers. And still enjoyed their chat.

Earlier I’d had my first session with the occupational therapist who is going to help me navigate the long covid fatigue. Despite my slight trepidation it was actually really useful, thought provoking and constructive.
