The Barber's lunch break

He closed up for lunch a little before one, his cat curling out behind him and then in the next door to his flat upstairs. As I came past a few minutes later he came out again, this time with his dog, who had a frisbee in his mouth. 
I thought they used a local park for a small play and so it was (extra), the cat presumably had lunch ready for them when they returned.
