When In Chipping Norton .....

.... you could almost believe you were in Rome. Well there is a pizza takeaway and an Italian bistro just up the road. We on the other hand found a nice little café/bistro, homemade chilli and chips for me, baked potato with prawns for mrsfb.

We'd been to CN to collect a new toilet seat for the ensuite. Exciting eh? I will have a go at fitting it tomorrow. In the extra an interesting blue plaque. Mrsfb has to to take a soluble aspirin every day to keep her brain under control! I hope the active ingredient is not too active as the other day she spilt the glass all over my amplifier. 

On the way home we called into the antiques centre. Guess what - yes she bought another book related figurine. 

Camera club was mildly interesting, for me anyway, last night. It was about 'event photography' and while there were a few super images I would have discarded about 90% of those he showed. Everyone else seemed very impressed though. There were lots of cows, dogs and sheep.
