Abstracted Mrs W

Today the Photogroup had a visit to Deeping Lakes.  I did not have a good photographic day mostly having troubles with focusing.  After getting home I checked out the settings and I found that ‘focus tracking’ was on – I never us it.  I don’t know if this was the main cause but it’s off now.
 
Any way my biggest disaster was an accidental over exposed shot when the camera was set to Av f/14 which gave a 0.8 sec exposure looking at the darkest part of the shot. A serious case of NICM!   However, as it’s Thursday . . .
 
I have included a shot of a Large Red Damselfly which is not to bad but cropped well in, and a view of the lakes at extra,
