Eurasian Jay

Suddenly lots and lots of noise in my backyard. At first I thought the neighbour cat caught a bird, but that wasn't the case.

It turned out to be the noise of three Eurasian Jays high up in the trees. Two parent birds were teaching their young to eat berries from the tree. While doing that they were heavily disturbed by an Eurasian Magpie.
It was a spectacular sight, and because they gave me the impression that they didn't have plans to leave very soon, I decided to get my camera and capture them. By the time I came back, the Magpie had left, so the teaching went on.
I managed to capture two out of three. The one in the front is the young one.
