Is this a Best-Before or Expiry Date?

Bought 2 packs of (Arm & Hammer) toothpaste at 'Savers'. Seemed a good price, so thought I'd check the date as I've fallen into the trap of buying goods with a short expiry or past their best sate

No idea how to decipher this code (see blip). Will try and contact the manufacturers tomorrow!

Not much other news. Tired now as I've been writing a letter about a nearby planning application.
