Feeling decent and down the pool first thing for some lengths...before heading home and packing a bag to go over to Glasgow airport for an afternoon flight to Mallorca.

Me and my partner came here last September for our first ever all-inclusive type holiday at a hotel spa resort and had a great time. When they offered us 40% off as a Black Friday deal if we came back, it was hard to refuse.

But inevitably the plane was delayed a little and, by the time we'd then got the TIB A32 bus across to Alcudia, and then waited for another bus along the coast to our place it was 9pm by the time we arrived. But at least the restaurant was still open so we filled up on food, grabbed a beer, went and found our room to unpack, then sat outside one of the bars with our backgammon and some cocktails (my negroni in shot) to round off the evening. And, just for the record, I edged the set 3-2 with a very fortuitous double 4 in the bearing off to take it with my partner only having one counter left on the board. Lucky? You make your own luck I say ;-)
