Again!

Ended up in the Royal Infirmary this time... Just beat my record of BP with this reading 213/130... Home now and my meds have been adjusted, doubled the milligrams on one tablet... Had my bloods checked and hope to be more in control now... I am fine, just taking a rest for now!
