God’s Eyes & . . .

………………………… weather!
We’ve had snow, rain, wind, sunshine - a winter warning.

I’ve been well occupied this afternoon making a lentil soup in my slow cooker. It was based on split red & brown lentils, with 2 large beef stock bones, onion, garlic, celery, butternut pumpkin, kale, fennel, turmeric & kale powder, and parsley. I guess it was cooking for 4 hours all up. It was seriously yummy!

My younger great-granddaughter is 4yo today! There’s ‘great’ excitement of course. And a party tomorrow.

Yes we did go out walking - photos in Extras.
It was cold but ok. I often think of the Norwegian saying - ‘There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing’!
