Rydw i'n wastad yn hapus i weld ffotograffau o leoedd yn y gorffennol. Mae lluniau o'r fath yn eithaf prin a gwerthfawr. Rydw i'n tybed am y dyfodol, a fydd pobl â diddordeb mewn ffotograffau o'r dyddiau hyn, bydd cymaint ohonyn nhw.

Serch hynny, rydw i'n dal yn tynnu ffotograffau gyda hanner llygad ar y dyfodol i gadw darn o'r presennol.

Dyma ffotosffer o'r Llyfrgell yr Eglwys Newydd. Mae hi wedi bod yma ers y 1900s*. Mae hi un o 2,509 llyfrgell Carnegie+. Mae'n rhyfeddol beth all person cyfoethog ei wneud os oes ganddyn nhw'r cymhelliant.  

Rydw i'n meddwl bydd y llyfrgell gyda ni am amser hir eto. Mae'n nawr 'hyb' (hub), a'r syniad 'hyb'(hub) yn pwysleisio ei phwysigrwydd i'r gymuned. Mae'n etifeddiaeth wych i'r dyfodol (posterity).

I'm always happy to see photographs of places in the past. Such pictures are quite rare and valuable. I wonder about the future, will people be interested in photographs from these days, there will be so many of them.

Nevertheless, I still take photographs with half an eye on the future to preserve a piece of the present.

This is a photosphere of Whitchurch Library. It has been here since the 1900s*. It is one of 2,509 Carnegie libraries+. It's amazing what a rich person can do if they have the motivation.

I think the library will be with us for a long time yet. It is now a 'hub', and the 'hub' idea emphasizes its importance to the community. It is a great legacy for posterity.
