Flat

Drove to Dundee to dismantle the desk, carefully built to his specification, and cut off the sticky-out bit and take another 10cm off the back so that it can fit into the space in the bedroom. Of course, not just the top. Nothing as simple a two straight cuts. No, the legs also needed cut down and remade, which was slightly more tricky. Then a door to fix, some blinds to cut down and fit. Nice to see the student flat transforming into more of a home for two (plus cats). 

Home, dinner and off to the pub, it being Thursday.
