Firenze after More Hairpins and Crowded Traffic

Started the day feeling a little better and actually wanted to eat, so we had a really pleasant breakfast outside in the warm and with the amazing tree clad mountain in the background.  The journey took alongside Lake Como this time when the main photo was taken, and then onto the A1 past Milan, Bologna and ending in Firenze.  What was supposed to be a 4 and half hour journey took nearly 7 and when we arrived I arealised I had mislaid a very important piece of pipe for filling our water tank.  L helpfully held their little hose onto the end of my hose reel and somehow managed to keep if from showering her - she was the hero today as I had just about lost it at that point and was not very appreciative of her sterling efforts to help, even if they weren't all going to solve the problem.  SO another hour went by but we did unclog the grey water tank outtet and finally settle in our place and went swimming in the swimming pool at this very new and well fitted out site.  One thing we found particularly amusing was the natural toilet freshener - masses of Jasmine lining all the corridors into the toilet block - that has to be a first, and even to the point of them being a little overwhelming.  But its better than the "other" smells.  See other extra for that wonder.
