Friday quiz.
This is my Malus, flowering crab apple. Profuse blooms this year in April, copious amounts of fruit forming. The leaves on a lot of the ends are curled, possibly aphids. My question is though, does anyone know why the bees are so interested in these curled ends. For about a fortnight now they visit all day long, flying in and out. Fascinating to watch.
