We ordered a pergola for some of our roses, the ones that are bending over our path in the garden. See this picture if you are interested to see how it looks.
The pergola came today, in two boxes. When I started to open the first I noticed a big damage. One part was crushed and twisted. So it was impossible to build the parts together.
I sent an email with pictures attached to the seller. It will take some time for them to respond, decide what to do, etc. They are still selling them, so it should be possible to send a new one.
I would not use the same transport company if I was them. The weight is an issue, but there are more to choose from.
