Notes: Slept hard again, Michelle headed into office and I got a white load of mostly sheets ready and then dressed for pickleball. Seemed gray and a bit foggy but then sun came out. Wore capri leggings and a tshirt tho was direct sun and very humid on the courts - almost too hot. Played ~835a until almost 11a tho we were all wiped and I had felt like near passing-out a few times. Was fun tho! Good shower when I got back and ate some meat w/ a coffee and a protein bar after. Relaxed mostly for several hours then until Michelle got back ~315p. Later, we made the almond flour pizzas - so good! Started a couple episodes of The Agency and end of the night did Essentrics again.
