Feijoas for the freezer

I have pulped a couple buckets of my Feijoas. Preparation doesn’t take too long, and they are so good to eat out of season. I just spoon out pulp and put in containers with a sprinkle of lemon juice which stops them going brown. My daughter came over yesterday and took a supermarket bagful home. She dehydrated a Feijoa and apple mix. They are yummy for A’s school lunches.
As you can see I have a huge range of fruit size- possibly 2 different varieties - the sublime and the ridiculous!!!!
