Blue planet

The day had turned cloudy and sunless by the time we set off mid-afternoon for a walk around Thorney Island. Passing through the boatyard at the marina I saw a trailer used for transporting boats which had some interesting blue mud guards over the wheels. My blip is a close up of a section of one of them - see extra for the trailer. It reminded me of an ocean teeming with fish.

It's been a relaxing Saturday, just what was needed after an energetic half term week. The grandies are all safely home.
