Happy Birthday Sis.

Two birthdays today.
First visit to Jude and Leo’s mum. 
The boys were excited to show me Mum’s cake which was half chocolate and half banana.
I moved it out of the way as Leo can now reach the worktop and I was afraid he might pull it off! He is much taller than Jude was at 18months!

It was then on to my sisters as it is also her birthday. 77 years young!
This is a collection of photos taken in the summer of 1949 and 1950. We had happy holidays in Scarborough in those days.
Love to see that my dad was still wearing a suit and tie!

We decided not to have a BBQ when we got home.
Not sure what happened to the heatwave and sunshine. Actually had a short shower . Temperature did reach 24C but hardly any sun and breezy.
