summer

Hot today. I had big plans for the garden but it was too hot for me. So I did some sewing inside - finished the top side of blanket 2, and made another 4 jars of strawberry jam. Had a visit from Iain this afternoon. He very kindly mended the lawnmower for me - the petrol pipe was leaking as it had been gnawed through by some little creature. Iain fitted a new pipe.
