Nearly 19000 steps today

Weather forecast said it would be hot, so got up early to walk the dogs before I left them to do the Lanhydrock parkrun. It was warm and humid but quite wet at times.
This afternoon met my friend at Cardinham woods to give the dogs a lovely walk, it was incredibly busy so we found one of the less favourable walks.
Obviously finished with coffee and cake, not quite sure what Dina thought she was doing when I turned my back
