Lula Layers
Walked in the morning again, but even hotter than yesterday, plus Saharan dust making my eyes sting, so not as pleasant, but loved the reflection of these holm oaks in the water - you can see how dry the grass is already.
There’s a turtle in a photo I kindly donated for Mike's Blip, as it was better quality than his phone photo, loved its burnished shell.
Gratefuls:
- starting the day feeling miserable, (partly the heat and subsequent bad sleep, also Jan dying, also a colleague I like resigning, I think), but reading the Psalms when we got back turned it around
- Mike getting the caravan roof frame up (with my not very helpful help)
- beginning the packing for Italy (taking only the small bag, so it's tricky and won't be taking laptop, so Blips will be on phone, shame)
Re my brother telling me on Blip about his wife, not that strange, as it's been the main way we've communicated lately.
