Land ahoy!!!

A good drive up to Caens and then a 7 hour crossing. We didn't have time to stop for food and had to risk the food on the ferry  past experiences set the bar low for quality and high for costs. Well, it was delicious!! Cabin was great, so we had a chill out, some rest as well as a shower just before leaving.

We were some of the first off the ferry, we were off before some people had been called to their cars, very grateful as we weren't home until 12.30, which felt later due to time change.
