Dusting

Well, I didn’t do any dusting today ( not that I ever do much) as I decided to give myself the whole day off and head for the hills.

I left early to catch a bus to Lewes. The sky was full of swifts wheeling about. One stop on a train to Southease next, to visit the beautiful Saxon Church which I have blipped before. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2440579826134813035 Then up onto the South Downs Way in glorious hot sunshine to walk back to Lewes, (8.5 miles) where I had a very late lunch.

After a cup of tea with Mum at home, I fell asleep on the floor in the lounge! But not for long.

Mum chose tonight’s DVD - “Billy Elliot”. We are going to the cinema tomorrow.
